Workers Compensation Assistance
If you have injured yourself whilst at work, suffered a work or role-related injury, or have been involved in an accident on your way to or from work, you may be entitled to work injury compensation.
Suffering with a work-related injury can cause a great deal of stress and impact not only to you, but your family and those around you.
Some accidents have a quicker recovery time than others, seeing you return to work sooner. However often this isn’t the case, with many victims being left out of work on a long-term basis, or even permanently.
This situation can leave you faced with an uncertain future and a huge financial burden, significantly impacting your quality of life.
At CLP Legal, we understand that you may be suffering from physical injuries, mental and emotional damage, stress and anxiety as well as loss of income. Regardless of whether you’ve achieved a full recovery, you should seek advice about claiming workers compensation.

Important Information about Workers Compensation
If you have been injured as a result of a work accident you must advise your employer immediately, regardless of how minor the incident may seem.
You are also required, by law, to obtain a Medical Certificate from your Doctor and complete a claim form which can be obtained from your place of work.
Once completed, return both the form and any relevant Medical Certificates to your employer to commence your workers compensation claim.
Always ensure you keep a copy of all medical certificates and documents for your own records.
If, for any reason, your accident or claim is being disputed, please get in touch with us immediately for assistance.
