Previously working as a teacher, Vince began his legal career in 1989, graduating from Deakin University in 2000. After working with CLP Legal from its establishment in 2000 (under Piu & Associates), he became a partner in 2002 and later a director. He is involved in community work along with some Pro Bono work, specialising in Personal Injury Law.

Vince is fluent in English, Italian and Spanish, and enjoys engaging with his local football club outside of work.

John Cooke

John completed his law degree at Bristol University in 1987, spending a year at the Council of Legal Education before being admitted to Gray’s Inn in London. He also obtained his admission to practice law in Singapore before moving to Australia in 1989, admitted to practice in the ACT and WA. John specialises in compensation law, having conducted many successful accident claims.

He was the Vice President and a Board member of the Ethnic Disability Advocacy Centre (now known as KIN) until 2022 and has served as a volunteer solicitor at Gosnells Community Legal Aid Centre since the mid-nineties. John is dedicated to assisting and advising accident victims and people with special needs.

Gol was admitted to practice in 2010 and exclusively practices in Personal Injury litigation and claim management. She has experience across multiple areas of personal injury and insurance law including Motor Vehicle, Workers’ Compensation, Public Liability, Medical Negligence, and Criminal Injuries Compensation claims.

Gol has a special interest in assisting clients who are catastrophically injured, adopting a personal approach and combining her legal knowledge and advocacy skills to deliver positive outcomes for her clients.

Venu Kurup

Venu was first admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Singapore in 1978. He was admitted as a legal practitioner in the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2008 after moving to Australia. Venu specialises in Personal Injury Claims, working with the team at CLP Legal since 2009.

He enjoys practicing Hatha yoga and meditation each day.

Andrew Cavenagh

Andrew was admitted to practice in 2018 after training at numerous national insurance law firms in Australia. This training gave him a broad knowledge of personal injury law and a particular interest in psychiatric injuries and complex liability cases. Andrew strives to resolve claims promptly and ensure the best outcome for his client. He often appears at WorkCover and as Junior Counsel in the District Court.

Andrew plays and sits on the board for his local WA Footy team and enjoys playing his guitar and frequenting trendy cafes and bars around Perth.

Daniel Lenzo

Daniel was admitted to the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2021, after attending the University of Western Australia from 2013 to 2015 and the University of Notre Dame from 2016 to 2019. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Economics), Bachelor of Laws (Honours), and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice. Daniel joined the team at CLP Legal in 2018 and has broad experience in personal injury law, including Workers’ Compensation, Motor Vehicle Accident, Public Liability, and Criminal Injuries Compensation claims.

Daniel enjoys watching the footy and supporting his team, the West Coast Eagles.

Amy Dickerson

Amy has been working in the legal field since 2017, graduating from Murdoch University with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts, and was admitted to practice in 2021. She has experience in a wide range of personal injury claims, with a particular interest in assisting victims of family violence.

Amy pursued a career in personal injury law, hoping to help people move forward after being injured as a result of an accident or crime by achieving the best possible settlement outcome for each of her clients.

Valerie Dalleau

Valerie is an accomplished legal professional with a diverse background in international law, commencing her legal career in France, where she was admitted to the Paris Bar and worked in corporate and commercial law for several years. Her passion for new experiences led her to relocate to Australia with her family. Valerie was requalified at The University of Notre Dame and was admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2022.

During her requalification, she relished volunteering at a community legal centre and an Aboriginal corporation. Valerie is committed to social justice and dedicated to providing legal services to those in need.

Chiara Benino

Chiara commenced her legal career in 2019 and was admitted to the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2023 after completing a Bachelor of Laws and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at Murdoch University. She has worked with the team at CLP Legal since 2021 and has experience working on a broad range of personal injury claims with a strong interest in litigation.

In her free time, Chiara enjoys searching for the best acai bowl in Perth with her dog, Arlo.
